Built on passion and expertise
PrinceWood Recruitment was originally formed by Natalie Prince and Jeanette Erwood. The company was born out of their passion for the recruitment industry and the desire to form an agency that puts clients and candidates needs at the very centre of what the agency does.
Finding themselves recruiting into the data centre sector and needing experienced M&E knowledge, Rob Erwood set up PrinceWood Renewable Energy and Data Centre Recruitment in 2024 to partner the original business and galvanise the penetration into the renewable energy market with his 34 years of industry experience.

Meet Rob Erwood, Director
Rob started his career with a traditional 3 year apprenticeship with British gas in mechanical engineering.
After 9 years, he moved into a sales environment which eventually lead to him being appointed as the Group Sales Director with Nuaire.
Following an acquisition by the Polypipe Group, Rob moved to Flakt Group as their UK Sales Director.
Rob’s last role before setting up PrinceWood Renewable Energy & Data Centre recruitment was as the Commercial Sales Director for Baxi Ltd.
